Dr. Sumi Thomas completed her M.B.B.S, D.V.D, M.D (Dermatology) from the prestigious Calicut Medical College. She obtained a D N B in Dermatology in 2005.

Dr. Sumi Thomas has won several awards during her training, including the first prize in paper presentations at IADVL state conferences held in Trivandrum and Calicut.

She has worked as a Consultant Dermatologist in Calicut, as a Cosmetologist in Al Hind Cosmetology Center, and as an A R T ( N A C O) Officer in Calicut Medical College. She joined the Government service as a Lecturer in Dermatology at Calicut Medical College in 2008, before getting promoted to Assistant Professor of Dermatology. Dr. Sumi joined DM healthcare in December 2010. Dr.Sumi has many articles published in many national and international journals, all of which are listed in PUBMED.
